Tax included or excluded according to currency

Hi, is it possible to change show tax included prices according to Currency?

Example: I want to show prices included tax when currency is TRY and show tax excluded currency is USD.

Plug in isn’t support this but is it possible to handle this situation writing some code to functions.php?
