Change Text Length in the Drop Down Currency Switcher

Dear Forum Members,

We are trialling the premium version of the WooCommerce Currency Switcher on our staging site:
https://staging.pairfum.com/

We would like to change the text length in Drop Down Currency Switcher that we have placed in our menu using the shortcode:
[woo_multi_currency]

How can we change the display of the Currency Switcher drop down display:
• From “Pound Sterling” to “£ – GBP”,
• From “EURO” to “€ – EURO”
• From “United Sates (US) Dollar” to “$ – USD”
• From “Canadian (US) Dollar” to “$ – CAN”

“Pound Sterling” and “United Sates (US) Dollar” are simply much too long.
