change the size of the wheel logo

hi
How can I make the logo of the wheel smaller.
I am not talking about the wheel on the spinning page, I want to change the small wheel that user click to open the spinning page.

It is showing blur on my website,so I assume by changing size it may get sharper?
Any suggestion to make it clear/sharp?
