categories / collections do

Hi, I got my client to purchase your plugin to get her shoppify shop imported into woocommerce website.

Unfortunately the categories or collections do not import, so it means I have to manually go into the woocommerce store and set every product up to the correct category.

I could really do with some help here as the customer has over 3000 products that she will be uploading to her shopify store… and she will not pay for someone to fix them which is why I got her to buy the plugin in the first place.

Can you please advise what I can do?
