Fotter and Phone #

Hi i have 3problems:

1. after someone spinning the wheel i get eMail notification but not his phone number.
2. In the footer of the email that the client gets it says Built with WooCommerce with a link to woocomarce how can I cancel it?
3. the client mail goes to Junk.spam folder
