[bug] woocommerce-multi-currency.js render errors when JS defered

    I found a bug in woocommerce-multi-currency/js/woocommerce-multi-currency.js. Entire content of this file should be put into jQuery.ready block, not just method invocation. It causes JS errors problems when using JS minify and defer plugins like popular Autoptimize + Async Javascript.

    Please include fix in further versions.
