Auto select currency is not working

Hello i bought and installed this plugin. I select auto select currency, on this page i also only see the option for USD currency at the bottom.

I also have these features enabled(below). Now when I log in from a VPN in in cognito it doesnt show Euro’s or Canadian dollar symbol. Why is that ?? How do I fix it? Please help! I’d like to get this resolved asap before I have to submit for a refund. Thank you for the help.

Enable Cart Page
Change the currency in cart page to a check out currency.
