Multi-currency WordPress pricing is not showing

Hi,

As per your website details the price conversion from INR to USD is not accurate.

PFA screenshot of the pricing details which was not mentioned on your website before purchasing. I was under the impression it was a one time purchase, but I was informed that I will have to purchase the API again after 182 days. Kindly elaborate on the same.
