Woocommerce Multi Currency and Phone orders

Hi,
I’m building a platform where all the orders are done by phone (the clients are calling my agents that compete the order using Phone Order plugin by Algolplus).
I would like to have my agents creating the order in one currency and the checkout to be done in another currency.

Is there a way to use your plugin that way ?
