WooNotifications stopped showing up

Hi I’m working with your WooCommerce Notification plugin on this site:

We installed it Friday, my client purchased the Pro version from CodeCanyon. It worked fine when installed and configured. Today we discovered it has stopped working for no apparent reason.

While trying to troubleshoot the problem today, I noticed that in the Time tab of the settings, we are unable to see the Initial Delay or Display Time settings, see image attached. By tabbing to bring focus to the input fields I can set a value (see screen grab of code from console). I was able to set the value attribute of both to ‘2’ but the popup still never appears on the site.

We haven’t been working on the site since Friday, so I don’t think we have done anything to cause conflicts with your plugin, it just stopped working.
