Message purchased not showing sometimes

Hi,
Sometimes “Message purchased” is not showing, it showing only product image and title thats it.
Also there is an option to turn on out of stock purchased products, thats good, but how can I turn off out of stock products only for how much visitors is watching that product, because it’s now showing out of stock products aswell, it makes no sense.
