Multiple questions

Dear support team, I am very happy with the plugin however I think there are a few things which I do not understand or am doing wrong. Hope you can help me.

a. When someone gets an email, they can only leave review if they log in. How do I remove this? This is reducing the amount of emails (most don’t have/need an account on my site)
b. The top of the reviews doesn’t look at all like the layout shown, I can send you screenshot. while I have crossed it in the backend, I think. How do I make it like this? Or a summary?
c. After the stars there is an empty ( . This is beside the review stars and and beside the summary. Why is this here? How do I remove it?
d. How do I remove the filter elements? Stating with images, verified and all stars? This isn’t any relevant for my website. I just want all to show all the time, no filters.
e. How do I increase the size of the mobile reviews? Its currently half the size of the screen. I want to make it the full size. I know you can see this when clicking on it. But in this screen too because it looks very off when there is only one review.
f. How do I remove: Customer reviews (above the summary)
g. How do I translate to Dutch:
i. 1 customer review to 1 review
ii. 1 recensie for …(item name).. to: 1 recensie voor
iii. Based on 1 review to: Gebaseerd op 1 review
