Order numbers messed up and no customers

Hi!
I imported all of my orders and customers from one of my Shopify stores and at some the order number starting to change.
What i mean by that: i started clean counting from #1001 after the #6900 number are changing and counting at #14388 and also i can see my customers in my user list but not in Woocommerce list. Any help would be appreciated.
