Shopify to WooCommerce not copying customers or products

I’m getting a connection and some things are being added to WooCommerce. However, when I look under products nothing is there, nothing has moved over for customers and there isn’t any images moved over in Media.

Things like categories, orders, taxes, etc. moved over. It even seemed like it was moving products and customers but nothing is there. It said download completed. The check next to products is not green like the others. Customers shows a green check mark but no customers in WooCommerce.
