Import Variable Item as 3 different products?

This is an item that sells 20-pack, 50-pack and 100-pack of masks. I’d like to import them as three separate products because when a person purchases another product, in the cart, I want those three listed as ‘Recommended Products.’

When I import one variable such as the 20-pack, when I try to go back and import it again, it says, “Product already imported.”

Is there a workaround or anything someone can recommend? Is there a plugin that will show different variables from one product as actual different products?
