Not importing data correctly

When using the plug in lots of the features arent working correctly.

The products gets frozen and doesn’t complete.
The customers only added 30 or so out of 300
The coupons are coming up will data fields open to show there is supposed to be some but nothing in any of them.

To be honest it feels like a complete waste of time i might as well start again with another service.

If this can’t be resolved easily i want a refund
