WooCommerce Notification errors on Plugin page.

    When we visit our “Installed Plugin” page in our backend we are seeing the following error for the WooCommerce Notification plugin:

    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 3001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    This causes a long delay in page load time. Any help would be appreciated.
