Not importing Product Variants (Can not reply to my support topic)

I can not import product variations from Shopify to WooCommerce. Since 2 days I have been trying to reply to my topic but I can not. I need help urgently so I am creating a new topic.

I have a website, I want to import my products from Shopify to WooCommerce.

If you click to an item on shopify website, you’d see “Please choose your T-shirt type” attributes and variations. When I import my products from Shopify to WooCommerce, everything imports successfully as the plugin says but variations are not imported. All the products are imported as ‘Simple Product’ not ‘variable product’ and neither the variations are imported. There are no logs in logs file neither during the import process. I need help urgently. I do no have time anymore.
