Multi Currency conflicting with Jetpack

There seems to be some sort of conflict with the Jetpack plugin. With it enabled the currency selection isn’t saved, on every page load the currency is reset back to the default. It looks like the cookie / session saving is not working?

I’ve tested the various options for currency switching on the frontend, all make no difference.

It should be replicable by installing Jetpack and the Multi Currency plugins.
