Cant import products in the site- Internal Server Error

    I import them from Aliexpress to my site, but when trying to import them in Woocomerce I receive “Internal Server Error”
    My system status is:

    PHP Max Execution Time 1000
    PHP Max Input Vars 10000
    Memory Limit 256MB
