Input Fields Appearing in Email

Hello,

I’m interested in purchasing the premium version of the “Coupon Box for WooCommerce” plugin.

I would like to know beforehand, if the input fields ie: First & Last Name, Phone Number, and Birthday will appear in the email sent to the customer with the coupon code in it.

Can we in anyway control what does or doesn’t appear in the email and popup?

Can we create custom fields?

Also, if a customer’s first name is “John”, will the email say “Dear John” or “Welcome John”.
