Set update hour

Hi there,

My name is Alex and while I’ve purchased your plugin I have made some improvements and I have a question also.

Question:

> How I can set the time when to run the update? Like daily at 1 PM for example

Improvement made;

Added another currency update provider (BNR.ro – National Bank of Romania – https://www.bnr.ro/nbrfxrates.xml) It parses the XML and updates according to your implementation.

In my case I only needed EUR currency so I did some temporary implementation (like hard-coding) but it can be improved for sure.

So if you agree to add at least two year support in terms of update then I’m happy to share the code and you can include within the official source code.
