problem creating needed templates generated by other plugin

Hello, i have just purchased working with this plugin:

It creates 3 emails, but when i tried to design templates (i have copied templates to my thenmes folder). The plugin says that “This style is not exist”

I would need some help with this, becouse those 3 mails are the main reason of this plugin. Thanks a lot in advance
