cron for order updates not working

When an order is placed in shopify, the cron isn’t pulling the order into woocommerce, ever. We can see the cron firing but it just doesn’t grab order data. When I run a manual import of order data, it grabs them correctly.

Here’s what we see when the cron is firing:
Executed the cron event ‘action_scheduler_run_queue’ in 0.017s.
Executed the cron event ‘s2w_cron_update_orders’ in 0.049s.
Executed the cron event ‘wc_admin_process_orders_milestone’ in 0.012s.
Executed the cron event ‘wc_admin_unsnooze_admin_notes’ in 0.005s.
Success: Executed a total of 4 cron events.

BUT – there’s no orders that are pulled over.
(and I had just placed a test order in Shopify to ensure there was one ready to pull)
