Currency not converting properly

URGENT FIXING REQUIRED. Please check on this instance:

We are facing two issues:
1. Currency not changing properly, from AED to USD please check. When we change base currency, only symbol changes but values dont. Example: if something is 100$, we change it to AED .. it becomes 100AED.
2. We also want currency to be picked as default from location. Meaning if someone opens from UAE, they should see AED default. From Saudi Arabia, should see SAR as default, rest of the world should see USD.

For now, testing purpose, please make Pakistan based IP to see AED by default as well. Later we will change it to USD. Please tell us how to do that also.
We did try to do some settings as per our understanding but the didn’t work.

Please look into this.
