Location does not work at all

Hello,

we have a WordPress / WooCommerce website, with the multi currency plugin installed. We have set multiple locations associated with multiple countries (ex: Italy => € – US => $ and so on).

I’m in Italy and I always see the $ value, and this happens to many clients in Italy as well who are reporting this.

The plugin sometimes work, sometimes not. I tried with a normal chrome window and with anonymous window, and with Firefox. I have also tried to clear the cache but this not solve.s.

Could you check please? Please don’t touch other website options because we have a couple of thousand people using the e-learning site, but you’re free to act in the plugin page to make changes or verifications..

The price is also always changing, I was expecting to have it always the same at 490 for all values (€/$).
