Error during purchase

I bought your plugin thinking it worked with woocommerce but I just saw instantly after several hours not understanding why I couldn’t do what I wanted that the plugin I bought didn’t is not compatible with woocommerce … Do you think it would be possible to get a refund in the form of a voucher that I will reuse to buy the correct plugin? (To prove my good faith I ask you for a voucher instead of a full refund). I find that the information is not very clear on your presentation … especially for someone French … Please help me … I wanted to win promo codes / vouchers 1 product from my shop. I am a simple creator and not a company and with the current COVID crisis I cannot spend money in the air …
