    FROM WOO TECH:
    I was able to determine that “WooCommerce Email Template Customizer Premium” is the plugin causing the conflict. If you deactivate that plugin, you’ll find you’re able to check out with a free product as expected.

    Next steps

    As a next step, I recommend contacting the plugin’s support team directly to explain that customers aren’t currently redirected to a Thank You/Confirmation page after placing free orders while their plugin’s active. You can find their support forum here:
