Shortcodes Not Working

Hi, can i know why my shortcodes that apply at my menu doesnt working at all? I bought your plugin last time.

However i did try at my staging site it works but, we need to click it another time to get what currency that we want. For example i at the MYR currency and i wanted to change to IDR. I click IDR it will still on the MYR and i need to click another time then it will change to IDR. Can you help me to assist with this kind of issue? Thank you for your time.
