Cart not registering email

I tested the cart on checkout entering my email, name, phone, address details all the way except for payments and abandoned my cart.

In the abandoned carts where you can choose which email template to send, it registers the cart as a user and does not register the users email address.

However when i check Woocommerce > Cart Abandonment, it registers the users email here..

So because of this i cant select which email template i wish to target…
