Currency in Checkout Email not displaying correctly

Hello! I am using a multi-currency plugin and have USD and AUD. Customers in Australia are able to purchase with AUD, however when they receive the payment confirmation email the currency says “USD”. For example, our product is 139 AUD, but the email says 139 USD. The actual amount charged is correct, 139 USD, so it is only the email issue.
