Not detecting Per product shipping

Hi
My issue is simple:

i am using woocommerce per product shipping plugin where i can add different shipping rates as like to.

Problem:
my problem is that plugin converting stander rate only (not rates i had enter)

I have attached screenshot which explaining more clearly.

Please provide me your best help to solve this issue asap
