Currency Switcher at TOp of Page in “Header Top” section?

Cant work out how to put currency switch above all content at top of page in “header top?” section.

Shortcodes not working? There is an option to add block of html.

Would like it out of the way at top of page alongside “account login” “view cart” options
And ideally dispay currency symbol alongside code e.g. “$ / USD”
