WooCommerce Multi Currency compatibility with WooCommerce Analytics?

Hi! Before I renew, I need to know if the WooCommerce Multi Currency plugin will be made compatible with the new WooCommerce analytics?

Currently, with the new WooCommerce analytics, all currencies are being summed in my shop’s base currency, causing tons of trouble.

I’ve loved using this plugin this last year and would be happy to renew the support, but need to know about this first.
