Shopify to WooCommerce

Hi – just want to check that there will be no Shopify products deleted when we do the import to Woo? We want to test this first and continue with our Shopify store until we’re fully working on Woo.

Also, do you have a guarantee that this will work for all products, orders and customers – if we can’t get it to work will you support us or refund us?
