Hi
I use Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer for my woocommerce emails.
I have your plugin set up to add the tracking number to the order completed email.
Today was the first time I have had a customer reply to that order completed email asking for a tracking number.
On that email, there is not a tracking number. However, in woocommerce when I go to edit the order complete email and use this customer’s order as an example, it shows.
Any idea what is going on?
