Plugin Says Product Quantity Out of Stock when it is NOT out of stock!

Hi,

I need your help with a Problem in the Plugin Aliexpress Drop shipping and Fulfilment for WooCommerce.

I just started ad Imported only a few products. But today I received two email notifications that products are out of stock. And I went to Aliexpress website to check for myself and found out that No, these two products are not out of stock!!!

Then I updated those two products but still the plugin is showing that products are out of stock but in reality, on Aliexpress they are not out of stock.

Then I found out that I Split these products when I imported them. So, after the split your plugin can not update the quantity form Aliexpress!! I have set up Auto SKU in the setting section. I did not change the SKU manually.

If the plugin cannot auto update or does it completely wrong then how am I going to sell products? And if I have to check or override manually a few every day what is the point of having this plugin?

I emailed the customer support but I was asked to ask for support here. And it seems you have removed the file attachment/upload opting here in this form.

Please let me know how to solve this serious problem. Because I’m unable start selling till this problem is fixed.
