Upsell product is being added to cart for the full amount (Wrong)

Dear Support,
We have bought the Woo Boost Sales and have installed and configured it fine. However, all the products on our website are service products and they require a 50% downpayment. When we select the products from the product page it works fine but when we select the same product as an UPSELL product, it adds the product in the cart for its full amount and not for just the 50%. How can we change that?
