Can’t fulfill order

Hello,

I recently bought the extension but I can’t fulfill the orders on aliexpress. I tried with 2 orders, it doesn’t work.

I also tried both process:
– Bulk place order (see screenshot)
– order with extension

order with extension brings me to the item page on aliexpress, it adds the product in tha cart, then dispalys an error page and then return on the cart page…. and displays “please update old product and fullfill again.

I updated the product through the extension (imported > the product I have an issue on > Update) => it brings me on Alexpress page, start syncing the product and sdays it is processed.

Trying again with both process (extension or bulk, it is still not working…)
