Currency plugin not working after deploying from staging to live website.

Hi there I installed the plugin on my staging website as it is under development and
registered the code. However, after I deployed the staging to live site, the currency plugin
dont seems to work as it should. Can I ask if this is due to license issue? Can I ask how to
fix this?
