Shortcodes don’t work

Hey guys,

this is a great plugin. Unfortunately I have a little problem.

I use the Flatsome theme and used the UX Builder to create a thank you page with various plugin shortcodes. In the theme customizer, the page and especially the shortcodes are displayed correctly. But when I test the thank you page, the shortcodes don’t show up properly. See the screenshot.

It was really a lot of work for me to create this site. So I hope you can do something so that the shortcodes can be displayed on the whole website. It would be great if you could somehow help me.
