Bug in attribute replacement on import

Hello,

In settings > product attribute i have:
ships-from. Original > China . Replacement > “Outside the USA”

When i import a product I can see and filter Variations using “outside the usa”. It correctly translates “China” and works 100%.

How to reproduce issue:

On Import List page, If i click Attributes and rename a field for example color, size, etc. and save
Then when i go to Variations the word “china” is no longer translated.

This is a problem because sometimes i want to rename a field but then i cannot filter variation because replacement didn’t work.

It seems to reload the data but not run replacement routine.
