Plugin messed up my product category options – support sucks!

I really liked the free version and purchased a license key. HOWEVER, this plugin got all my product categories screwed up. I was hoping that by making a purchase it would perhaps fix the issue but it Fuc#$ed up my CSS. I have also tried to get support after paying with little to no help. Trying to get help and support and perhaps a refund since crap is not working right on my WooCommerce site. Quite pissed that I wasted my money to be honest.
