import problems

We like your plugin, and it has done a great job importing customers, products, and more. The problem is that “Product Categories” are not all importing. There are a great many, and it will not get past the letter A’s. Also, all the “Orders” are not importing as well.

Our customer does not want his customers exposed, so there is no way to give the admin credentials on the site. Is it possible to do a remote support session, or, can you give us some troubleshooting steps?
