17 Track Webhook Push notification Issue

Hello, I have configured successfully the integration of Webhook with 17Track. Still, pushed data (order status update notifications are not working on Prod due to 403 errors, please see the image screenshot attached with site information.

I have contacted the 17 Track API team and this was their response:

“Our tech team have checked the logs and it is due to an exception in your webhook interface that is causing the failure to push the shipping updates. Kindly confirm that with woocommerce order tracking team.”

Please, help.
