17Track webhook url not working

I’m trying to set up with 17track for shipment tracking. I’m not getting their webhook notifications. There’s no log file being generated so I can’t see what’s going wrong other than when I test it in my 17track admin panel. In there, when I send a test webhook, it always fails and says “401”.

For further testing, I created a scenario on make.com that receives an incoming webhook, and if I use that webhook url in my 17track admin panel, the test webhook succeeds.

Here’s the webhook URL I’m using (as listed on the webhook settings page of your plugin)…

https://www.unknowntruthtarot.com/wp-json/woocommerce-orders-tracking/17track

But each time, that results in 401.

However, when I test the 17track webhook sending to this url:
https://hook.us1.make.com/il7yobawwxyio9ukututj4bypwloekhs
17track has no problem sending it there, and it gets received.

So clearly there’s something wrong on the plugin / website end of things, because 17track isn’t able to send me the webhook notifications.
