2 issues with Lucky Wheel – premium purchase

Hi!
I bought your Lucky Wheel (not WooCommerce) and have it installed and working properly for the most part. But I have 2 issues I can’t figure out.

1. The pop up looks great on most screens. But on some smaller laptops, it’s not responsive and hangs off the edges, so the user can’t play. I have cleared the cache through WP Rocket a few times already.

2. The winner emails and email notifications (for me) aren’t working properly. They send, but the top is filled with HTML code.

I had to turn off the game for now until I get answers from you, but will provide login credentials.
