404 popup

Hi,

This is regarding the chrome extension of the WP plugin of ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce. I am testing its free version before making buying decisions.

I have two WP sites, I installed the plugin in both sites, and also installed the chrome extension and tried to connect the chrome extention to the websites, one site succeeded easily and the other one failed. But their configurations are the same, hosted in the web servers provided by the same provider.

The site is facing the same 404: Not found failure issue as described. According to the instructions in the above doc, I checked and found that SSL works on both sites correctly. I checked the Permalink settings and saved as well. It’s still not working.

This is what happened to the not working site: when I visited /wp-json/woocommerce_aliexpress_dropship/sync

Do you have any clue?

I wonder if this is the most relevant: https://prnt.sc/bmNsG9WkDeDn But the sites are hosted in the same host so I don’t think it’s due to a blocking of the IP of your server?

But if there’s no other possible cause, maybe you can tell me your IP so that I can ask my hosting provider to add your IP to whitelist to see if it will get solved (although I doubt it)
