abandon cart

Hi Support,

I purchased the plugin and while everything runs smoothly (I can see abandoned users, reports being generated etc), unfortunately, emails are never send out.

Right now, my settings are as per below:
(1) A first email is sent an hour after they abandon
(2) A second and last email is send 3 hours after the first one.

I do get the first email, but the timing is not entirely 1 hour. Is this a server time issue, timezone or something else ?
