Abandoned Cart does not trigger email automatically

Hi

I have two issues with this plugin

1)
I have the pro version of this plugin and after doing some testing it doesn’t trigger the Abandoned Cart email automatically according to the settings, i.e after 5 mins, then 24 hrs., etc. However if I go to the Abandoned Carts I can see the abandoned cart with the option of sending a reminder email, that option seems to work but not automatically sending emails on abandoned cart. Please advise.

2) I have created a new email template but when I change the font color and background color of some of the widgets available the letters don’t show up on the email.
